I have never given a car dealership 5 stars!!! i did not think it was possible for a car dealership to deserve 5 stars but this one did! We highly recommend Jarrett Ford in Port Charlotte. Our salesman, Jay, was awesome. Knowledgeable but not pushy. The credit manager, Mike, was also extremely nice and helpful. Best car buying experience we have ever had!!!! We will defninitely return for our next purchase!!

I purchased my new 2023 Ford Maverick XLT truck today. My sales consultant was Micky Mullins, sales person was Cristy and the sales manager was extremely helpful and professional to me. Everyone took their time to answer all my questions and concerns on my truck purchased. I never felt pressured or rushed to make my decision on my truck purchase. Job well done by the entire staff at Charlotte County Ford.

Our Certified Sales Consultant, Mathew, was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and an absolute pleasure to work with. The Business Manager, Michael, was also absolutely wonderful to work with. There is nothing the team could have done better. It truly felt like a family friendly business where we were made to feel at home. Arthur was very helpful! I went to purchase a used BMW 2 series and he was very knowledgeable about the car. On top of this he made the entire sale process along with trading in my old car extremely easy!

What a great service option offered by Jarrett Ford, it saved me from making a lengthy drive to Port Charlotte and waiting at the dealership during my service call.
