I had a very pleasant experience buying my car here. What I appreciated most was that the process did not take up most of my day. I was in and out in less than three hours, with no unnecessary back and forth, which made the whole experience feel easy and efficient. Kyle Owens was very nice to work with, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. The financial part of the process was also smooth and easy to go through. I also really appreciated that Kyle took time the following day to help me get set up and make sure I understood how to use the technology in the car. That extra follow-up made me feel taken care of, not just sold to. Overall, I felt listened to, respected, and well supported. A great experience from start to finish.

Just purchased a 2026 Ford Maverick Hybrid from Jarrett Ford in Port Charlotte. Great vehicle great service. Couldn’t be happier. The salesman, Kevin, did a good job. If you’re looking for a new Ford, take my advice call Jarrett and ask for Kevin.

Micheal Gonzalez was awesome I’m so glad he answered the phone when I called to see if the ford Escape 2026 was available I love the color it’s space silver metallic it looks white and light blue it’s beautiful I love my new car and they had the best deals at jarred ford I got 9,999.99 off I also purchased the plan that includes free oil change for 7 years and a lot of other free stuff to be fixed like brakes I would take that plan Amy in finace department was so nice I told her I needed a p Payment of $300 it was $265 after u added the plan it was $342

I was in incredibly impressed with the professionalism! I was in and out quickly, all the work was done and they didn’t sell me on things that weren’t needed. I was even able to get some work done while waiting in their nice lobby. Definitely returning!

Everything was great from the people greeting us to the salesman, Victor, who was great, to the closing lady who was also very nice and professional. She explained everything fully and was very nice.

Had an amazing experience today at this dealership! No one hounded me when I got there. I walked the entire parking lot and was able to view the vehicles that I was interested in without any hassle. When it came time I dealt with Jay! He was patient and understanding. He listened to me and didn’t try to push anything. I would definitely recommend this dealership and all the staff that helped Jay get me the deal I was looking for!

Elmer "Mo" was extremely honest and professional! He was patient and he made feel as if he was looking out for my best interest. He found out that there were with my previous vehicle and did everything he could to help me. He treated me like family and I felt that completely. I won't be going anywhere else. My dad has known this guy for years and has nothing but great things to say about his character. I guess we'll keep him.

While walking in to.Jarrett ford we were created by Mathew Rueda, he really helped us find exactly what we wanted . Mathew was very kind answering every question. Everything felt right . We drove away in our 2026 F-150. THANKS MATHEW!!

I recently had my wife vehicle serviced. We utilized the Ford mobile service and it was wonderful! Adam Vitale got the ball rolling, Julian was prompt and courteous with he scheduling and Chris did a great job at servicing our vehicle! I love the mobile service and it was all executed perfectly!
