Great experience not having to drop my truck at the dealership for a recall they came to my house and fixed the recall in my driveway couldn’t be happier.

Dylan was our salesman, he was great helping us pick out our new vehicle. The process was quick when picking up our SUV didn’t have to spend hours like other places.

Michael was excellent. He found me the exact truck I wanted, which was a difficult task as I spoke to another dealer and they couldn’t get the right color and features I needed. Paul was great also. Purchased a vehicle from Arthur and the end of the year last year. Had a problem with the battery a few months later and had called him to advise me of what to do. He had set up to have the mobile service to come out the next day. I was beyond grateful to the service and quick response. Had sore service issue with my 2021 Ford Ranger .I contacted my sales consultant Arthur . He referred me to Tammy in service . My appointment is scheduled for next week .I expect everything to go as smooth as my past experiences.

Scheduled an oil change, arrived, waited a bit while they did the work, paid and left. It’s just an oil change. Not sure how to review that. The waiting area was comfortable so I guess that’s a plus.
