It's our way of proving that you'll always get the best deal when you shop with us.</p>
<h2>Terms and Conditions</h2>
<ul>
<li>Competing offer must be current and verifiable.</li>
<li>Competitor must be a Ford dealer located within 100 miles.</li>
<li>Customer must qualify for all applicable incentives, verified by ZIP Code–specific FMC VIN look-up.</li>
<li>Z, D, X, and A Plan pricing is not eligible.</li>
<li>Taxes, tags, and dealer fees are additional.</li>
<li>Proof of competitor offer and complete rate disclosure required.</li>
<li>Bundled offers requiring financing or other conditions are not eligible.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Eligible Vehicles</h2>
<ul>
<li>Applies only to <strong>new, in-stock vehicles</strong> of the same make, model, and MSRP.</li>
<li>Adjustments may be made for equipment differences; small variations are allowed.</li>
<li>Vehicles listed in competitive ads that specify "one at this price" are excluded.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Excluded Vehicles</h2>
<ul>
<li>Damaged or catastrophe units (hail, flood, etc.).</li>
<li>Demonstrator vehicles (demos).</li>
<li>Event / auto show units.</li>
<li>Invoice credited units.</li>
<li>Specialty vehicles (e.g., Raptor, Harley Davidson, Shelby/GT500, Limited Edition).</li>
<li>VIN-exclusive offers.</li>
